Main duties and responsibilities:

• Issuance and sending of customer invoices, credit notes
• Booking of invoices
• Collection from customer, including preparation of collections statements and booking of collection
• Assistance to check and verify expense claims and booking of the related expenses
• Analysis on customer revenue as requested

Requirement:

• At least one year’s relevant working experience
• Experience with system accounting tools a plus
• Familiar with excel application
• Spoken Putonghua
• Good English written communication skill
• Immediate availability is preferred
