Responsibilities:

• Report to the Group Financial Controller;

• Oversee monthly consolidation, statutory and management reporting of the Group & Subsidiaries;

• Prepare & review results announcement, interim and annual report;

• Liaise with external auditors and other regulatory bodies;

• Provide support on the implementation of ERP consolidation system;

• Work closely with the PRC finance team on financial related issues;

• Participating ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder with professional accounting qualifications in Finance or Accounting; MBA a plus;

• At least 7 years’ relevant working experience in listed companies of which 3 years must be in managerial level;

• Strong experience in financial accounting and consolidation;

• Familiar with PRC GAAP, HKFRS and Hong Kong listing rules;

• Experienced in handling connected transactions;

• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills;

• Proficiency in MS Office and have knowledge of SAP and BPC;

• Excellent command of written & spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua);

• Immediate available is preferred
