Responsibilities:

• Responsible for payable function in the Accounts Payable team
• Arrange payments in various forms (cheque, telegraphic transfer etc.)
• Handle petty cash book
• Responsible for system implementations and enhancements
• Monitor and record expenses properly, ensure transactions are booked against relevant parties

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• Professional qualification such as LCCI Intermediate level or above
• 5 years’ relevant work experience, exposure in general insurance industry would be an advantage
• Attentive to details with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, pleasant and eager to learn
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel is essential
• Knowledge in P400 or Oracle would be an advantage
