Job Responsibilities:
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable of units
• Ensure all invoices/income are processed in a timely and accurate manner
• Handle invoice payment/receive queries from staff and external vendors
• Prepare payable/receipt vouchers
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation
• Handle general accounting and clerical duties
• Responsible for other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:
1. F.5 with LCCI higher or Diploma in accounting
2. Passed in the HKCEE/HKDSEE
3. Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Chinese input and accounting software
4. Good command in English and Chinese.
5. Able to work independently, meet tight deadline and under pressure
6. Hard working, responsible and willing to learn
