JOB DUTIES

Accountant perform a wide variety of tasks and provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports etc.

Typically involve:

• Full set account
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Prepare payments to suppliers and contractors
• Prepare project expenses and income report.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High Diploma or above in accounting or related disciplines.
• 5 years relevant working experience is required.
• Working location: Tuen Mun (Head Office)
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Independent with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Self-motivated
• Team player
• Immediately available is preferred
• 5.5 working days (Mon- Fri, Alternate Saturday) (9am – 6pm)

Starting Salary

$20,000 +
