Job Purpose

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the Financial Analyst will look after the business financial reporting and commercial support along with some ad-hoc projects.

Position Responsibilities

• Support standard reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Analyze revenue, cost of services and prepare consolidation reports on a regional level
• Prepare regular financial analysis reports
• Perform business performance and project analysis
• Coordinate with business departments about budget and target of Hong Kong as per Group policy and management requirement
• Collaborate with Management and business departments by offering financial analysis support to ensure business efficiency and profitability
• Keep monitoring the business performance from time to time and alert management to eliminate performance irregularities
• Conduct yearly financial review and provide information to management and HR in order to perform business appraisal
• Other assignments from Finance Manager

 Education & Experience

• Bachelor Degree with major in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years’ of solid experience in financial analysis work, preferably in a group or multinational company
• Significance progress towards CFA / CPA will be an advantage; Qualified accountant (HKICPA / ACCA), CFA a plus
• Experience in setting up and/or migrating accounting system would be an advantage
• Proficient in standard office software, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting software preferably AccPac / Sage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and research abilities
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and across functional groups
• Accuracy of reported results within tight deadlines
• Willing to perform overtime duties
