Responsibilities:

• Review daily accounting operation, handle month end closing and prepare monthly management reports
• Assist in consolidated financial reporting preparation
• Assist in budget & forecast and audit & tax issues
• Coordinate with different operation teams in PRC and overseas
• Implementation of proper internal control procedures, accounting policies and procedures
• Liaise with banks, auditors, IRD and tax authorities in PRC and overseas
• Perform ad hoc project / assignment as required
• Occasional travels as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Accountancy/HKICPA student member or relevant disciplines
• At least 5 years relevant experience in accounting/audit preferable in property industry
• Hands-on experience in full sets of books and accounting operations
• Knowledge of Flex system or other accounting software/ERP system
• MS Excel (advanced level), knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Detail-oriented, committed, pro-active and be a great team member
• Proficiency in written & spoken English and Mandarin
