Job Scope

• Oversight the Compliance Review function to conduct compliance review on local and overseas operations of the Bank and its subsidiaries so as to ensure adherence with corporate governance/external regulatory requirements
• Provide advisory & identify/mitigate any compliance risks of local and overseas operations/branches
• Conduct periodic review/advisory related to control, reporting and procedural mechanisms by working with local branches and senior management
• Review policies and procedures of overseas branches on a need basis

Requirements

• Graduate in Business Administration, Risk Management, Law or related disciplines
• Over 10 years of regulatory compliance experience with HKMA regulated entity
• Well versed in Hong Kong banking regulatory requirements
• Understanding of China or U.S. regulatory regime
• Articulated communication/project management skill
• Occasional travel is expected
