Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting operations include A/P, A/R, petty cash, staff reimbursment, general expenses, prepare vouchers, issue cheques, bank reconciliation and data entry etc.
• Assist to prepare the month-end/year-end financial statements
• Maintain the updated accounting schedule in timely manner
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure business operations smoothly
• Assist to Compile financial information accurately  
• Handle the ad-hoc assignments as assigned by department head

Requirements:

• LCCI or Diploma in Accounting
• At least 3 years accounting experience in handling full set of accounts
• Independent and committed to work 
• Good team player, self-initiative and hardworking  
• Stable and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written in English & Chinese
• Good knowledge in Excel, Word and Chinese data input is preferable
• Computer skill of accounting MYOB is an advantage, but not necessary
• Immediate avialable is highly preferred
• More experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Officer
