Job duties:

• Report directly to the Finance Manager/ Director
• To work collaboratively with various internal parties to acquire or provide information needed for analysis/ reporting/ budgeting/ forecasting
• To prepare weekly and monthly management accounting reports with explanation on revenue and expenses variance between actual and budget/ forecast
• To compile and monitor quarterly forecasts and actively participate in annual budget
• To prepare presentation material for annual budget meetings and periodic management meetings
• To assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by managers

 Requirements:

• Degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Business Studies or related disciplines
• 2 years of experience in audit or business analysis
• Excellent Excel skills (Pivot table and V-lookup is a MUST) and PowerPoint
• Dynamic and independent, with strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Excellent Command of English
• Good team player
