Key responsibilities include:

• Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Reviewing expenses and reimbursements
• Processing invoices, compiling monthly financial statements
• Planning and monitoring cash flows
• Managing in expenses budget monitoring and related Accounts Payable handling.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong tax regulations and banking business
• Good PC skills in MS Excel and Word, and knowledge in Peachtree will be an advantage.
• 3-5 years of overall accounting/finance experience is preferred.

Required skills & qualities:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting/Finance/Financial Management/Computerized Accounting
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Qualifications

• SAP software experience a MUST and MYOB
• Team-player with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Integrity, commitment/dedication, respect for others, pursuer of excellence and innovation
• Enthusiastic self-starter with an ability to work effectively under pressure
• Ability to respond and adapt quickly to changing work situations and environments
• Strong time management, organization, project management, and report writing skills
