Requirements:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or related disciplines
• Designations of CPA/ACCA or related professional qualifications
• Minimum 6 years’ related experience in international audit firm/accounting and finance management in sizeable company with commercial experience
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Responsible, meticulous and able to work under pressure
  

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the financial analysis needs of business unit; conduct economic studies for the business where necessary
• Advise and support to the business unit in annual budgeting cycle and lead the day-to-day management of the division’s financial functioning
• Prepare monthly consolidation, financial and management report for the business unit
• Develop the financial and management reporting systems and workflows for budgeting and cash flow forecast for the business unit to ensure consistency in financial and statistical reporting and accounting
• Support the establishment of accounting plans and policies and manage the implementation to ensure compliance of financial activities of the managed department / business area with the Group’s established policies
• Coach, mentor and develop direct reports to ensure they have the competency to perform their roles
• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned
