Our client is a leading Fashion Company. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for an Accounting Officer join the team.

The Job :

• Responsible daily accounting duties
• Perform sale audit and reconciliation of HK retail stores
• Review all invoices to ensure the expenses meet the corporate governance
• Responsible for voucher preparation, accounts receivable/payable updating and payment release from e-banking system
• Handle intercompany reconciliation and prepare intercompany debit/credit note
• Responsible for bank reconciliation and maintain fixed asset register
• Handle balance sheet reconciliation
• Assist  in the preparation of group management reports and account schedules
• Ad hoc assignment as requires
• Check staff travel expense report to ensure the claim is in line with company policy

Requirements :

• Diploma or above in Accounting or equivalent qualifiction
• Minimum 3-4 years relevant working experience, preferably in retail industry and Accounts experience
• Have achieved ACCA / HKICPA qualification or equivalent is an advantage
• Positive, patient and detail-minded, with constant innovation and work dynamic
• Fast learner and good team player
• Proficient in spoken / written English & Cantonese
