Responsibilities

• To handle full set of Accounting books (i.e. general ledger, data entry, A/R, A/P)    
• To handle incoming receipts and outgoing payments
• To prepare and validate the invoices sent to our distributors
• To prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, management reports and month-end closing
• To prepare monthly and annual tax filing
• To establish and implement Accounting policies and procedures for the company
• To support of statutory audit
• To review tax compliance and identify opportunities for tax liability minimization
• To perform ad hoc duties as assigned
• Working Time: 2-3 days per week

Qualifications

• Higher diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline     
• 5 years working experience in Accounting
• Familiar with HK Taxation law
• Hands on experience in Accounting Software – Quickbooks is preferred
• Good PC knowledge including MS Officeespecially Excel application (e.g. Vlookup & Pivot table)                
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Strong communication skills and willing to take up more responsibilities
• Able to work independently
• Analytical, attentive to details, logical and stable
• Self-motivated, open-minded, positive and passionate
• Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
