Responsibilities:

- Assist in all the steps of the IPO project

- Develop policies and procedures for the IPO accounting proess

- Adjusted and audited of the Group's propsed listing project

- Co-ordinate and follow up the work of the Group's pre-listing projects

-Liaise with lawyers and HKEX to ensure smooth implementation of projects and timely listing in Hong Kong  market

- Provide analysis reports and recommendations

Requirements:

- Degree in Business Administration,Finance or related disciplines

- Possess the relevant experience of taking charge of Hong Kong listed projects and familiar with the workflows of listing in Hong Kong

- 5 or more years relevant experience in Finance Manager/ IPO project leader

- Familiar with the laws and regulations for listing of mainland enterprises in Hong Kong

- Responsible,ability to work under pressure, Excellent communication skill

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
