Role details

Preparation of consolidated financial and management reports to meet the requirements from Group office and Swire Beverages management for multiple locations of operation (including monthly result, half year and year end annual report, budget and reforecast)

• Prepare the accounting records which comply with statutory requirements (e.g. audited accounts)
• Prepare and consolidate the financial results for Swire Beverages Division for management team to make business decision and action plans
• Prepare the budget, forecast and financial plans and consolidate the information for business plan use
• Prepare management and statutory reports required by Group office
• Check and ensure operating companies’ finance team follow the latest accounting standard
• Check and review the accuracy of data/financial information submitted by plants and provide feedback

Candidate Requirements 

• Solid accounting, management and consolidation knowledge
• Degree holder with major in Accounting/Finance
• Qualified accountant
• Minimum 4 years accounting related experience
• Solid financial, management and consolidation knowledge
• Solid knowledge on accounting standard, rules and regulation
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
• Able to communicate across regions and with different functional groups
• Able to work under pressure with tight reporting deadlines
• Willing and able to handle challenges and changes
• Open to occasional business travel as required
