Job Responsibilities:

• Assist regional HR and administrative Manager in full spectrum of China HR functions including staff planning, recruitment, payroll system and administration.
• Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management and HR management systems.
• Plan, implement and review HR and Administrative strategies, policies and procedures to support the business needs.
• Lead a team of staff to handle full spectrum of human resources and administrative functions and activities including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, training and talent management.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• 5 years’ solid experience in all-rounded human resources & administrative functions preferably in retail industry of both HK & China of which at least 3 years in managerial positions.
• Well-versed in Hong Kong employment legislations; good understanding of PRC employment related legislation.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Chinese including Putonghua.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detail-minded, able to work under pressure and with multi-tasking ability.
• With HRIS knowledge (HR2) will be a definite advantage.
