Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR related functions including recruitment, C&B, payroll, taxation, MPF administration, expatriate management, staff relations, performance management, etc.
• Participate in reviewing HR policies, ensuring compliance to HK employment ordinance and other regulations
• Manage and maintain accurate staff information and records in HR / payroll / system
• Prepare monthly payroll, budget and HR reports
• Coordinate and liaise in HR related matters with regional offices
• Handle ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years’ track record in a hands-on HR generalist role, employee life cycle management and experience in work visa application
• Good knowledge of HR practices, employment ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong
• Proactive, responsible, detail-minded with strong numerical sense and analytical skill
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing is a must
• Good in English and Cantonese and conversational Mandarin
• Immediately Available is highly preferable
