Job Posting Details

The appointee will provide support to the daily operations of undergraduate admissions. Duties include: processing student online application forms; following up with students on required documents; answering electronic and telephone enquiries; handling student visa applications; performing general office duties such as document preparation and filing, updating of publications and websites; and assisting in ad-hoc admission related matters and other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have completed secondary education with at least 5 passes in the HKCEE or 5 subjects attaining level 2 or above in the HKDSE, including English and Chinese language. The appointee should have competent computer skills and good interpersonal skills.  He/She should be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua); and organized with a mind for details.  Preference will be given to those who are immediately available. (Duration: 3 months)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Medical benefits and paid leave will be provided where applicable.
