Job Description

Job Specifications:

 

  • Perform the full spectrum of office administrative duties
  • Maintain office facilities and the efficinecy of equipment  
  • Responsible for planning and organizing conferences, meetings and events
  • Work closely with external and internal parties and monitor their performances 
  • Provide reception services when needed
  • Manage the directors' travel schedules
  • Manage the procurement of office supplies
  • Support the company annual dinner, staff recreational activities etc.
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above.
  • Minimum 3 year relevant working experience is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detailed-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
  • Excellent command in English and Chinese
