Contract Period: 7 Aug to 24 Oct 2017

Responsibilities

• Perform reception duties such as handling incoming calls and greeting guests etc.
• Organize and distribute incoming correspondences
• Responsible for courier services & postage arrangements
• Administer conference and meeting rooms bookings
• Assist and handle office administrative tasks
• Provide secretarial support to management levels
• Support in scheduling appointments, management conferences and travel arrangements
• Handle other ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Diploma or above with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Knowledge in French language is an advantage
• Strong PC skills, well versed in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing
• Responsible, self-disciplined, well-organized, independent and willing to work under pressure
• Presentable, customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal & communications skills
• Immediate available is an advantage
