Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager to provide quality property management services in a government premises
• Lead a team of front line operational staff (e.g. security guards, cleaning workers, labourer, workers, etc.) to provide quality services for clients
• Maintain the conduct and discipline of all subordinates in daily performance
• Promptly respond to emergencies and report to relevant parties on time
• Handle complaints and enquiries from clients
• Work closely and establish good relationship with clients
• Perform office administrative duties and other duties as required by the head office
  
  
  

Qualification and experience

• Tertiary Educated preferred
• Possess a certificate or above in property / facility management from an accredited post-secondary college or related discipline preferred
• With proven experience in the field of property / facility management
• Be a good team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, mature, proactive and well-organized
• Be able to work independently and under pressure
• Have good command of Chinese and English
• Have fair computer knowledge in MS Office and Word Processing
• Possess valid Security Personnel Permit with QAS certificate or equivalent
• Possession of first-aid certificates is preferred
  
  

Working Location :  Hong Kong Island
Working hours   :    0730 – 1630 hours (6 days week)
Working Location : Chek Lap Kok
Working hours     : 07:00 – 16:00 hours,
Working hours     : 08:00 – 17:30 hours,
Working hours     : 14:00 – 23:00 hours,
Working hours     : 23:00 – 08:00 hours
Working hours     : (Shift duty is required / 5-6 days per alternative week)
