Job Description

 

Job Responsibilities:

-Answer telephone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner

-Arrange and handle all local and express courier or mailing

-Stationery ordering, pantry supplies and stock keeping

-Data entry, update and file documents

-Handling receptionist and office administrative duties

 -Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by Senior Staff 

 

 

Job Requirements:

-Associate Degree/ Higher Diploma is preferred

-Relevant working experience is an advantage

-Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English

-Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

-Cheerful, Stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently

-Well-organized with good multi-tasking, interpersonal and communication skills

-Fresh graduates are also welcome

 

 

Working Location: Central
