Responsibilities:

• Record and reconcile bank transactions;
• Update all business transactions under the standard process and procedures for documentation;
• Handle full sets of account for different entities;
• Reconcile staff travelling and hotel expenses;
• Assist to input Chairman’s all expenses
• Reconcile all aviation and related expenses;
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by Management

 Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in Accounting or related disciplines, with ACCA certificates;
• At least  4 years’  accounts payable experience;
• Proficient in using accounting system;
• Able to work under pressure and a strong team player;      
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Chinese typing
• Immediate available is preferred
