Job Responsibilities

• Report to Director
• Manage essential Human Resources affairs such as personnel recruitment and selection, staff training and development, staff performance assessment and evaluation, employee relations and office administration
• Promote and uphold company culture
• Motivate staff and ensure understanding and alignment with the Company's mission, vision, future goals and core values
• Formulate KPIs to monitor and guide staff performance
• Promote standardization and simplification of the work process, optimize management flow and implement internal rules
• Spot out problems faced by staff in their work, help to solve them and advise the management on possible improvements
• Maintain staff harmony and positive working environment

Job Requirements

• Bachelors' degree or above
• Minimum of 10 years of working experience in management and/or team-building roles preferably gained from sizeable / listed companies (300+ employees)
• Strong capabilities in organization, creativity and execution
• Familiar with company culture formulation and implementation
• Good at team building and KPI management
• Experience in personnel coaching and/or training is preferred but not essential
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive thinker, problem solver and ability to influence others
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
