Responsibilities:

• Functions as a receptionist, such as welcome guests, sort out postal correspondence and handle telephone inquiries for job information.
• Handle recruitment activities for frontline staff including walk-in interview, matching, prepare & explain contract.
• Update employees’ data into systems.
• Sort out and collate personnel files.
• Contact previous employees to introduce our vacancies.
• Assist to participate in ad-hoc recruitment projects as required.

Requirements: 

• Form 5 or above
• At least 1 years of clerical working experience, with recruitment experience in security and/or construction industry is preferred.
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word & Excel).
• Fast Chinese & English input, English Typing 35 WPM and Chinese Typing 25 WPM.
• Good communication skills, positive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, careful, meticulous, stable and presentable.
