Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research related to recruitment, and develop and maintain effective communication and relationship with staff and candidates;
• Assist the head of human resources in preparing reports and survey for management review, headcount budgeting and planning;
• Design and deliver innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business need;
• Use variety of channels to effectively communicate with candidates;
• Direct Report to Senior Regional Human Resource Manager.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years’ relevant experience;
• Experience in retail or beauty industry will be an advantage ;
• Mature responsible and good interpersonal skill;
• Be able to work under pressure.
