Responsibilities:

• Handle huge amount of letter-shopping of membership kits and promotional mailings for different clients

• Handle return mail and flag invalid address in the system, resend or pass to relevant parties for further process

• Bundle, count, weight, sort by country of packs and pass to mailing or courier team for further process

• Dispose or reuse return collaterals 

• Update delivery information in the system for ad-hoc fulfilment

• Follow the fulfilment and QC procedure to ensure each step is fulfilled and completed in the correct method

• Co-ordinate with other teams on fulfillment arrangement and operation flow    

   

Requirements:

• Form 5 /DSE graduate or above

• At least 2 years of working experience

• Knowledge of fulfilment process is an advantage

• Quality conscious to maintain the standard quality and alert to potential mistakes      

• Basic system knowledge with Excel and Word are preferable

• Good command of English and Chinese

入職要求:

• 中五或香港中學文憑畢業或以上程度

• 至少兩年工作經驗

• 有入信配對工作經驗優先考慮

• 具備高度品質水平意識及警覺性以防錯誤

• 基本電腦應用程式如試算表及文件認用

• 良好中英語
