Responsibilities

• Issue bill of lading and invoice to customer on FCL shipments on USA market;
• Send courier document to customer
• Co-ordination with shipping line for issue of master bill of lading
• Send pre-alert to overseas
• Complete the month end closing within the deadline, ensure all income / expenses in system

Requirements:

• F.5 graduate or above;
• 3-4 years in operations field with freight forwarding background is preferred.
• Able to handle full sets documentation
• Fair command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Chinese
• Good communication skills
• Familiar with Automated Manifest System (AMS); Advanced Commercial Information (ACI) & ISF is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
• Immediately available is preferred
