Job Description

Duties :

  • Provide support for recruitment, attendance and leave management, insurance and MPF
  • Handle general office and apartments’ administration
  • Back up receptionist
  • Handle travel and hotel arrangement
  • Handles and plan special activities
  • Ad hoc tasks assignment

       

Requirement :

  • F.5/Associate degree/diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
  • 1 or 2 years working experience in administration is preferable
  • Fluent in spoken & written English
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Immediate available is preferable
