Main Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the core duties in the HR operations process, including
• Maintain proper associates record in p-file as well as in HRIS in relation to staff movements including but not limited to hiring, promotion, transfer and separation
• Conduct and follow-up employment reference checks for all new hires
• Undertake registration, update and de-registration of license holders as appropriate
• Maintain the database of license holders to ensure completeness of all updated records
• Work closely with Learning & Development Team to maintain an updated record of CPT records to fulfill the fit and proper requirements under SFO / BO
• Handle credit exposure checking for new hires and existing associates
• Assist in preparing HR reports and handling regular HR reporting requests
• Participate into ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Tertiary Education 
• Minimum 2 years of administrative or human resources experience 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) 
• Experience of handling regulatory processes in banks highly preferred 
• Well-organized, responsible and detail-minded 
• Good PC skill in particular MS Excel and MS Access, Chinese word processing
