Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for administration duties such as daily operation, couriers, procurement & equipment maintenance and office supplies.
• Responsible for HR duties such as attendance record & leave record.
• Assist in company functions and events.
• Provide clerical support including filing and data entry.
• Handle incoming phone call and distribute to right destination at reception counter occasionally.
• Liaise with printing suppliers for business cards and other printed materials required by the Company.
• Outdoor work is required.
• Participate in ad hoc HR and Admin projects.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years working experience in HR & administration experience.
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, well organized & with good interpersonal skill.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese(include Putonghua).
• Immediate available is preferred.
