Job Description

We are looking for suitable candidate as Administrator with following key responsibilities:

  • Perform daily operational duties for Sales Management Support Team
  • Perform data administration and maintenance of Client Relationship Management System
  • Provide support for lead / campaign / orphan management

Requirements:

  • Post secondary education or above, preferably with Diploma in business, accounting or finance
  • At least 3 years working experience, preferably in the financial industry
  • A team player with customer centricity mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, attentive to details
  • Ability to work independently and a good team player
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and able to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines
