Job Description: 

•           Greeting visitors in professional and polite manner
•           Handling all incoming calls and enquiries, coordinating incoming and outgoing mails and courier services.
•           Conference and meeting rooms maintenance (tidiness and cleanliness)
•           Provide clerical and administration support to the department
•           Perform and assist as-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

•           F.5 or above
•           Good telephone manner with 1-2 years’ clerical working experience
•           Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
•           Strong interpersonal skills, good communication and interpersonal skills
•           Proficient in PC applications such as MS Office and Chinese word processing.
•           A good team player, able to work independently, organized and multitask
