Job Descriptions:

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions with major focus on compensation & benefits duties including payroll calculation, benefits administration, insurances, taxation & MPF administration, etc. 
• Participate in market salary & benefit surveys/benchmark and recommend changes on compensation and benefit packages
• Prepare and manage C&B related & manpower cost budgeting, forecasting & reporting
• Assist in annual salary review exercise & sales commission schemes analysis
• Monitor & ensure C&B practices & policies fully complying with Labour Ordinance and advise best practices in market to be implemented in the company
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• 6 years or above Human Resources experience in sizable company, highly preferable from Retail or F&B industry
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing C&B initiatives, e.g. incentive scheme, grading system, etc.
• Sound knowledge on Labour Ordinance, market HR best practices and familiar with HRIS(wisetop)
• Good analytic, interpersonal & project management skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
