Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
 

Human Resources Assistant mainly supports the Director, Human Resources, BMSC.  This position functions as the HR Generalist providing assistance and HR support to the BMSC discipline in Asia Pacific. The majority of work will focus on supporting the project scope for BMSC Shared Services / Cluster set-up in the Continent.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

Education and Experience

  • College degree in business administration with Human Resources management is preferred.
  • Some experience in human resources field.
 

Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to design and implement successful tracking of documents and spreadsheets.
  • Knowledge of Sales & Marketing / hospitality industry.
  • Effective time management.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to use standard software applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships e.g. associates, customers, owners
 

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

 
  • Establish a comprehensive organization charts for BMSC in Asia Pacific.
  • Create and maintain an accurate Associate record for BMSC in Asia Pacific.
  • Assist in BMSC cluster / shared services organization set up.
  • Support to design HR process flow / guideline for BMSC cluster / shared services.
  • Assist in HR data collection and consolidation for BMSC cluster / shared services.
  • Coordinate the communications & work progress among the HR project teams for the BMSC shared services stakeholders.
  • Coordinates venue, agendas and minutes for various meetings as well as sets up conference calls.
  • Complies with the company policies and procedures.
  • Performs other related tasks as assigned by management.
