Senior HR Analyst - 12 months contract to perm

Our client is a reputable company with strong business across the globe. To cope with the business needs, they are currently looking for a young and dynamic individual who speak extremely fluent English to join as a Senior HR Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions such as interview coordination, end to end recruitment, market mapping, C&B, reporting, etc
• Assist in HR system integration
• Prepare HR related analysis and regular HR report
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 4+ years' relevant experience gained from a sizeable organization and fast paced environment, candidates from recruitment agencies background are also welcomed
• A good team player, well organized, self-starter, high level of accuracy and detail orientated
• Proactive with good communication skills
• Good command in written, spoken in both English and Cantonese
• Strong PC computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidates who are immediately available is highly preferred
