Job Duties and Responsibilities

• To actively coordinate with Sales Team by managing order processing schedules, filing documents and communicating relevant information;
• Ensure timely adequacy of sales related equipment, materials and information regularly;
• Respond to complaints from customers liaising directly with them and offer timely after sales support whenever needed;
• Monitor the team’s progress in order to identify shortcomings and propose improvements;
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information;
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
• Orders processing and allocation of goods;
• Checking of products details and stock availability; monitoring of Supply Chain in-flow and scheduled arrivals of products;
• Coordination of shipments arrangement in collaboration with outsourced logistic provider and in-house logistics/ operations head;
• Set up and management of customer accounts and data;
• Maintain good relationship with distributors/ retailers/ subsidiaries;
• Generation of reports related to orders, backorders, invoicing, outstanding amounts, etc…;
• Monitoring of account statements and payment (in collaboration with Finance Dpt/Sales Dpt);

 
Requirements

• Secondary-level educated;
• At least 3-5 years of experience in customer service in an International company. A job experience in the Watch and Jewellery industry is considered as a plus;
• Proficient in computer skills, particular in Microsoft Excel;
  
• Willing to learn a new job and build own professional path;
• SAP knowledge and logistics awareness will be considered as definite advantages;
• Result-oriented and willing to work independently;
• Ambitious and with great desire to grow with the company;
• Fluent in English and Chinese;
