Our client is a US based IT&T company with global presence. To cope with expansion, they are looking for the strong caliber for the position of Sales Operation Analyst - Sales Commission. The core duties is to ensure the Sales Incentive Plan to be aligned to the right direction, and its operation be carried out smoothly.

Job Responsibilities：

• Day to day administration of incentive plans covering: data collection, contract validations and auditing, calculation, approvals, payments, liaising with business partners
• First escalation point for frontline staff
• Responsible for timely & accurate payment of all incentives/commission
• Prepare documentation for incentive plans, including intranet based information.
• Develop and deliver communications, to both internal & external stakeholders
• Assist with governance, approvals, exceptions and disputes processes

Job Qualifications：

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant hands-on experience in sizable organizations
• Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
• Strong experiences in daily operation in calculating Sales Commission 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
