Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing clerical support to day-to-day operations on HR tasks
• Participate in the recruitment process such as posting of job advertisement and on board arrangement etc.
• Handle the employee benefits and leave administration
• Identify effective recruitment channel
• Prepare analytic reports when required
• Perform other ad hoc recruitment or human resources projects as assigned
• Provide administrative support on preparing of monthly payroll exercise e.g. MPF contributions, payroll data analysis, record maintenance, tax returns preparation etc.
• Perform Ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Knowledge of the HK Labour Law and HR regulations is an advantage
• A minimum of two year working experience in Human Resources Management
• Good PC skills, good problem-solving skills & a good team player
• Mature, hardworking, independent and self-motivated to ensure all work to be delivered timely and accurately
• Able to perform multi-tasks and work under pressure
• A strong sense of responsibility
• Experience in Recruitment Area is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
