Job Duties:

Recruitment:

•  Take an active role in managing the circle of job posting, drafting job advertisement, seeking candidates, screening cv and arranging interviews

• Explore and develop more effective ways of recruitment channels for enhancing and improving the recruitment performance

• Assist, support and coordinate with the Managers in organizing the training and development programs

Administration:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the company’s Secretary / Personal Assistant to Director in handling the daily operation of the sales office

• Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues proactively

• Prepare presentation and meeting materials, update company's facebook and website

• Undertake other ad hoc assignment

Requirement:

• Independent , self-motivated, helpful and detail-minded
• Matriculated or above with at least 2 years full time working experience
• Work experience in recruitment / headhunting firms would be an advantage, but not a must
• Fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Excellent communication skills
• Immediate available
