Responsibilities

• To responsible for daily warehouse operation activities
• To update our inventory record
• To handle goods receiving, put away, pick and pack
• To arrange replenishment for our distributors
• To follow up orders and take care of our e-commerce
• To provide backup services to merchandising team
• To assist general office administration duties including filing, data input and document preparation
• To support daily operation and ad hoc projects

Qualifications

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• 1-2 year clerical working experience in warehousing/logistics/merchandising
• Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Responsible, hard working, detailed mind and well organize
• Fast learner and good interpersonal & communication skills

Singapore based startup Baia Baia Ltd Pte will expand to Hong Kong in the Summer 2017.
