Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Human Resources functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits administration, Learning & Development activities
- Manage and maintain personnel records in Human Resources Information System
- Assist in organizing a range of employee relations activities
- Responsible for other ad hoc human resources tasks and projects as required
Experiences and skills required
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 1 year’ experience in HR generalist role including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Preferably in Hotel industry
- Hands on knowledge in video editing
- Knowledge in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance will be an advantage
- Flexible, team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
