Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with Human Resources functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits administration, Learning & Development activities
  • Manage and maintain personnel records in Human Resources Information System
  • Assist in organizing a range of employee relations activities 
  • Responsible for other ad hoc human resources tasks and projects as required

Experiences and skills required

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management
  • Minimum 1 year’ experience in HR generalist role including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Preferably in Hotel industry
  • Hands on knowledge in video editing
  • Knowledge in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance will be an advantage
  • Flexible, team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
