Job Description

Our client is a state-owned corporate bank. They are now looking for an experienced candidate to join their team.

Responsibility:

  • Provide unique insight regarding people and organisational dynamics. Translate this insight into sustainable, customised business solutions. 
  • Identify, develop and implement business effectiveness initiatives and strategies that contribute to building and sustaining a high-performance business and team. 
  • Coach Managers on effective leadership strategies including tactical HR processes as well as interventions involving leadership development and change management. 
  • Participate in the development and implementation of business plans and strategies. 
  • Consult with managers on workforce planning and talent strategies. Partner with Talent Management to ensure alignment with recruitment strategies are in place. 
  • Deliver a full spectrum of HR programs & services across multiple businesses. 
  • Design, develop and implement HR strategies and plans to meet business priorities. 
  • Counsel and advise managers and employees regarding complex performance issues. 
  • Provide a solid knowledge base of legal and regulatory trends in order to effectively counsel leaders and reduce potential business liabilities. 
  • Proactively evaluate employee relations’ issues, inquiries and turnover; analyse trends and recommend appropriate actions. 
  • Ensure effective communication strategies are in place within the organisation utilising multiple vehicles and forums. 
  • Ensure fair and equitable compensation and appropriate levelling within organisations.

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree in HR or related field.
  • At least 10 years’ relevant HR experience in Bank, with at least 6-year experience at managerial level.
  • Strong experience and solid knowledge of HR functional areas including recruitment,talent management,learning & development and compensation & development.
  • Proven ability to contribute to the design and implementation of HR strategies, programs, and processes in support of the overall business strategy.
  • Effective organisation and planning skills as well as solid analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
