Program Manager for the Tutorial Teacher Certification Program

It is currently launching a new tutorial teacher certification program. The program is aimed at awarding certificates to tutorial teachers after thoroughly assessing their pedagogy, teaching methodology, communication skill, subject knowledge and personal characters. Training courses will be provided to candidates who seek to obtain such certificates.

PCFTW is looking for a Program Manager who will be responsible for:

• overall execution and management of the program,
• marketing and promotion of the program to prospective candidates,
• participant support services,
• liaison with instructors and assessors of the program,
• alumni relations and development, and
• coordination of ad-hoc events related to the program.

Candidates with the following credentials are encouraged to apply:

• a degree holder (fresh graduates may also apply),
• good command of written and spoken Chinese and English,
• good MS Office skills,
• excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and
• ability to work independently and effectively.
