Job Description
Responsibilities
l Lead the team in providing full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment & selection, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, insurance agreements and administrationetc;
l Work closely with the operations team to identify and lead HR team to execute effective recruitment, reward system;
l Review, update and implement HR policies and procedures timely for compliance with employment legislation of HK;
l Prepare all HR reports on regular basis for management review;
l Maintain systematic personnel records and document filings;
l Any ad-hoc tasks assigned .
Requirements
l Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
l At least 8 years relevant experience in human resources management and administration, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in managerial capacity, preferably gained from sizeable firms in FMCG, Retail or Food industry
l Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations; knowledge in Macau Ordinance is highly desired
l Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
l Proactive, detail-oriented, well orgainsed and proven ability to work independently
l Proficient in computer skills including MS office, Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge in IPL is advantage
