The job encompasses the following responsibilities:

• Support HRIS implementation/System Update (eg Kronos and SAP, etc) and Training delivery.
• Support HRIS Ad Hoc Projects for globally and regionally
• Researches best practices and keeps abreast of trends in HRIS development and related business applications to assist business owners in meeting system and process goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in a field related to Information Management or Human Resources or Business Management
• Speak fluent English & Mandarin
• 2+ years in Human Resources information systems, Kronos or SAP experience is an advantage
• Good problem solving and analytical ability
• Ability to work effectively with others to achieve common goals and respond positively to situations
• Ability to travel if necessary
