Career Advisers plays an important role in the start of the recruitment process, as well as part in building the dreams and future of the potential applicants or candidates.  

As a career adviser you will be tasked to aid in the first step of the recruitment process. Providing candidates with job opportunities. Career Advisers is where the recruitment process would begin, they are responsible for the acquisition and ensuring that the candidates are qualified for the job position, they work hand in hand together with the Recruitment adviser.

Objectives:

1. To be able to source out quality and competent candidates fitting for the job opening available.

2. To provide opportunities to locals for employment with trustworthy companies.

3. To provide aid to Recruitment advisers

4. To be able to hit their target Key Performance Indicators as set by the company to the effectivity

Job Description: 

• Assessing personal characteristics, skills and interests via individual interviews

• liaison with employers and Recruitment Advisers

• Providing appropriate help and advice based on the assessment done and matching them with the job description and job requirements as per client request.

• Writing careers literature, resume’s and reports.

• Using specialist computer applications.

• Be able to administer exams and personality tests efficiently.

Requirements:

• Language: English, Cantonese
• Education Background: Any filed in Degree
• Experience: Fresh graduate is welcome to apply, also welcome to apply any experienced person
• Sales experience and HR indusrty experience will be prefered
• Require skills: None

Work Conditions & Benefits

• Working days: Mon-Fri （0900-1800）
• Location : TST
• Salary: HKD12000~15000/Month
