Business and Process Re-engineering Department

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the Process Improvement Team to drive/implement bank-wide process improvement projects/initiatives (e.g. Process Bank initiatives) and align with business directives and strategies
• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develop sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements
• Contribute to the formulation and implementation of new work flow, procedural documentations, systems operation guidelines and manuals to enhance the overall operational efficiency and quality service delivery
• Facilitate and collaborate with different functional units including front office, middle office and supporting departments to ensure the progress of the projects/initiatives
• Cultivate the mindset of internal customers on continuous improvement
• Keep abreast of the market, suggest and propose new improvement initiatives
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in banking, preferably with good knowledge in retail banking operation, compliance and business transformation
• Certificate holder of Project Management Professional is preferred
• Proactive, independent, with strong problem solving ability
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation and analytical skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and provide deliverables in a timely manner
• Excellent project management skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is desirable
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
