Responsibilities:

• Provide daily operations support to RMs/Team Heads such as account opening, documentation follow up with customers, KYC & AML checking, customer transaction handling, etc.
• Prepare & distribute different reports (e.g. AML checking, drawdown tracking, etc.) to the teams, Department Head, other relevant departments or management for review
• Consolidate and prepare relevant information to RMs for accounts monitoring and regular review
• Provide general administrative support to the department including records maintenance, filing, delivery of documents to internal departments or external parties, etc.
• Participate in ad hoc assignments as required

 Requirements:

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in banking industry
• Well-organized, detail-minded, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
